"The Bad Girls Club: Mexico"

Oxygen's hit reality series "The Bad Girls Club" is one of our guiltiest pleasures.  The show uses a classic reality television format.  Seven of the most ridiculous twenty-something year old women are selected to live in a mansion, as we watch them drink, party, fight, drink some more, and most of all embarrass their families.  Season 9 kicked off on Monday July 9,2012, and it looks like the girls are as "bad" as ever.

You would think that being lucky enough to live in a mansion in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico would inspire these chicks to do something productive with their fifteen minutes of fame.  However, like previous "bad girls," they chose to let the alcohol speak for them.

I do not know the pressure of living in a house with seven strangers while being filmed 24/7, so it is hard to imagine how I would behave.  However, I am disgusted by cast member Rima.  In episode 2, we find that she is not only an amateur stripper, but a mother of a small child as well.  When asked about her need to take of her clothes while dancing at a club, she confessed that this is something she does all the time in her hometown of Chicago. 

I am not sure if this "local celebrity" understands that she is on a national television program, that will probably be re aired for years to come.  This means that her child will be forced to deal with all of the consequences, and embarrassment of her of her actions on the show.  This local idiot would have been better off getting a job at a strip club where she could at least get paid for taking off her clothes, and her son would not forced to watch and hear about it for years to come.
